As I have gotten older I just want to wear all the jewelry I love. I used to wait and wear them on special occasions and now I don’t care if they match I just want to wear the things I love as much as possible. Life is short so now I just do it! I have found personal joy in the layers of beautiful things I love. I get tons of compliments stacking all sorts of different things. If you love it put it on. I have a cameo bracelet that’s silver from my grandmother and and a gold ID bracelet of my husband’s from the eighties and I just put them together even though they don’t classically “go” together somehow it feels right. I would suggest just laying a few pieces and wearing them to see how they go and feel but I guess the best part is knowing they are getting used. Here is an example of a stack I threw together.
